- Call to Order: Present were Harold Thompson, Steven Ross, Chris Kerr, Robert McCarthy and Don Willis, who was seated for Edgar Butcher.
- Lot Line Modification – 36 & 40 Seaside Lane – Wayne J. Carini: Motion made by Ross, seconded by Willis, to extend the time for a decision on this application for an additional 30 days, approved unanimously, applicant to submit a written request/permission for the extension.
- Lot Line Modification – 56.57,58,59,60 & 61 West End Drive
- Margaret M. Borchert, Applicant: Motion made by Ross, seconded by Willis, to approve the lot line modifications as submitted, approved unanimously.
- Discussion - Subdivision Regulations: Motion made by Thompson, seconded by Ross, to set the Public Hearing to amend the Subdivision Regulations for May 8, 2014, approved unanimously.
- Reading and Approval of the March Meeting Minutes: Motion made by Ross, seconded by Willis, to approve the minutes, approved unanimously.
